Therapy with Jun.

Therapy is one of many paths to address emotional, psychological, and relational challenges — and whether it’s the right path for you is often something that can only be discovered through experience. My approach is holistic, integrative, and relational. I meet you as a whole person, not a set of problems to be solved. Together, we’ll explore and co-create therapy goals that align with your needs and values. Along the way, I’ll support you in deepening self-awareness, healing your inner child, developing coping tools, and making meaningful changes in how you relate to yourself and those around you.

You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit — creative arts therapy is simply an option I offer to support deeper connection and healing, if and when it feels right for you.

My specialization in drama therapy and other creative modalities — including role play, art-making, and movement-based — offers clients the option to engage in a more embodied, expressive, and experiential path to healing and growth. These approaches can help access emotions that are hard to put into words, deepen insight, and bring new possibilities into how you relate to yourself and others.

Every journey is unique. I will walk alongside you — supporting your process, honoring your pace, and creating a safe, collaborative space for transformation.

How does it work?

1

Free consultation

Schedule a 15-minutes free virtual consultation with me to see if this type of therapy is what you are looking for. I’ll invite you to briefly share what’s bringing you to therapy and gather some basic background information. You’re also encouraged to ask any questions about my approach, style, or the therapeutic process.

2

Initial sessions

In the first two to four sessions, we’ll focus on building trust and understanding the full picture. I’ll get to know you — your strengths, challenges, life experiences, and what you’re hoping to shift or grow. Together, we’ll explore limiting beliefs, behavior patterns, and relationships with others, while co-creating the goals for therapy.

If there’s something urgent or time-sensitive that needs immediate attention, we’ll prioritize that concern while still gathering important background information to support your overall healing process.

3

Making differences

After this initial phase, we’ll meet regularly — typically once per week, though the frequency may shift to twice per week, bi-weekly or monthly as you progress. The length of therapy depends on your specific concerns and goals, but our work often moves through three key phases:

Understanding & Acceptance: Identifying the nature of your struggles and the patterns of response that have developed over time.

Experiential & Action Phase: This may include building coping skills, reframing thoughts and behaviors, developing new habits, or working with inner child healing, etc.

Integration & Maintenance: Strengthening positive changes and weaving them into different areas of your life for long-term growth and resilience.

  • Therapy provides a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore your thoughts, emotions and experience with the support of a trained professional. It can help you gain clarity, develop healthy coping strategies, improve communication and relationships, and work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, or life transitions. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking personal growth, therapy can support you in building insight, resilience, and a stronger connection with yourself and others.

  • My approach is person-centered, experiential, and relational. I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis—and work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs. Rather than focusing only on talking, I invite you to engage with your emotions and experiences in the here and now. This may include creative methods such as role play, movement, or guided imagery to deepen self-awareness and promote healing.

I also believe that while relationships can be sources of pain, they can also be powerful pathways to healing. By building a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship, we can explore your relational patterns and begin to restore a sense of connection, trust, and self-worth.
